Q: What is the cost of membership?
A: After your 30-day trial, it's $249 annually or $29.95 monthly by credit card, only if you are convinced that the membership cost is obviously justified by the savings.
Q: Is a credit card required for the free trial?
A: No. We only need contact information (name, address, phone, email, etc) sufficient to establish you as a member with our ESV's (EAGL Selected Vendors).
Q: Will we save enough to make up for the cost of membership?
A: Absolutely, if you buy primarily from our ESV's, you will pay for your membership many times over. That is one of the reasons an overwhelming percentage of our members renew year after year. Many of our original members are still with us in their 10th year.
Q: How long will it take to recoup my membership fee?
A: In an early 2008 survey among our members, they estimated it took an average of only 5 weeks during 2nd quarter to save enough on purchases and other program benefits to recover the cost of annual EAGL membership. See kudos page.
Q: Are the discounts offered by the various vendors substantial or are the minimal --- 5% on $100 order type discounts for instance?
A: Actual % savings vary by individual. In some instances, for example, if you have been paying piece price and jump to case price or lower, your savings can be 35 to 40%.
Q: What is the minimum order to get this discount?
A: There are very few minimums required when buying as an EAGL member from our ESV's. Most of them sell to us at their lowest published price or even lower at an unpublished preferred customer level.
Q: How would members rate the program?
A: We rate very well with our hundreds of members as evidenced by our 90% renewal rate and many favorable references.
Q: How many wholesale apparel distributors participate in EAGL that we currently use?
A: ESV's may or may not be companies that you buy from now. Our goal is to find the companies that are the best at what they do in order to bring you the best possible service and pricing. We could easily have dozens more ESV's but that would dilute our impact with longstanding faithful companies however if an EAGL member requests the addition of an ESV, we will do that if it means getting a product or service not already available.
Q: What other benefits besides low pricing are provided by joining EAGL?
A: An excellent deal on office supplies, business insurance, a very competitive merchant (credit card) processing program and member's only vendor specials.
